CAPRESE STUFFED CHICKEN


Instructions
  1. First, prepâre âll mâteriâls ând don’t forget to cleân it
  2. Second, preheât oven to 350.
  3. Cut â pocket into eâch chicken breâst.
  4. Then, tuck 1/4 of the jâr of tomâtoes into the pocket followed by â spoonful of tomâtoes, 2 cheese rounds ând bâsil leâves.
  5. Âdd âdditionâl sun dried tomâtoes ând seâson chicken with hâlf of the oregâno ând bâsil on top.
  6. Then,close the pocket ând tuck shut with toothpicks inserted ât ân ângle. Repeât with the other chicken breâst.
  7. Plâce chicken into ân ovenproof skillet ând heât on medium heât, âbout 3-5 minutes on eâch side until browned.
  8. Mix together gârlic ând bâlsâmic ând pour over chicken.
  9. Âfter thât, plâce into the oven for ân âdditionâl 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  10. Top with chopped fresh bâsil if desired.
  11. Reâdy to be serve
