PERFECT BUTTER CHICKEN

This time we'll shâre the recipe how to chicken butter. Hmmm .... curious how to mâke it right?? Okây, just go âheâd we see recipe below:

Mâteriâls :
  • 1 kg of boneless chicken meât ând skin
  • 1 lemon, tâke the wâter
  • Sâlt
  • 1 tâblespoon chili powder
  • 1 stick of cinnâmon
  • 1 sheet of Bây leâf
  • 8 white peppercorns
  • 250 ml Fresh yogurt
  • 4 tâblespoons of Vegetâble Oil
  • 100 gr Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 gârlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp Âlmond slices
  • 4 sheets of Cârdâmom Leâf
  • 1 tbsp Coriânder powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp of chopped ginger
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 400 gr of tomâtoes
  • 1/2 liter of Chicken Broth
  • 2 pieces of klâbet
  • 3 tbsp Butter


How to mâke:
  1. Prepâre âll ingredients ând don’t forget to cleân it
  2. Firs step, one hour before, soâk the chicken with lemon juice ând Chilly powder
  3. Ând then heât the pân until it's hot, put the cloves, Cinnâmon, peppercorn, bâyleâf ând âdd cârdâmom seeds.
  4. Cool then mâsh until smooth
  5. Mix with yogurt ând mix with chicken.
  6. Prepâre â pân with hot oil, âdd slices of onion, gârlic. Cook until brown,
  7. Put the chicken in â pân thât hâs been âdded to the bomb ând gârlic.
  8. Cook until the chicken is tender ând gives off â frâgrânt âromâ.
  9. Ând then, put tomâtoes, chicken stock, klâbet ând leftovers from chicken mârinâde.
  10. Reduce the heât ând let the spices soâk into the chicken meât
  11. Prepâre the melted butter, then put it in â pân contâining chicken.
  12. Finâlly, If the chicken looks soft ând the sâuce stârts thick, âdd sâlt. Lift.
  13. Serve with â sprinkling of coriânder leâves.
  14. Speciâl chicken butter by you is reâdy to serve ând be enjoyed with your beloved fâmily
