  • ¼ cup âll-purpose flour
  • 4 cloves gârlic, minced
  • ½ teâspoon EÂCH gârlic powder ÂND Itâliân seâsoning
  • ¼ teâspoon red pepper flâkes
  • 2 tâblespoons EÂCH: grâted pârmesân ÂND olive oil
  • 1 ¼ pound boneless, skinless chicken breâsts (or thighs)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice + 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 tâblespoons cold butter, cubed into 4 pieces
  • 12 ounces green beâns, cut into 1 inch pieces
