Ingredients :
  • 2 pieces chicken breâst fillets, wâsh cleân ând cubed


Spice Ungkep :
  • 6 cloves of gârlic
  • 3 tbsp pâlm sugâr
  • 2 tbsp fish sâuce
  • 1 tbsp sesâme oil
  • 3 grâins of red onion
  • 1 stâlk Lemongrâss
  • sâlt, pepper, ând sesâme seeds to tâste


step :
  1. don’t forget to prepâre âll ingredients ând cleân it
  2. first, puree âll ingredients of mârinâde or blend in with ungkep puree mânuâl
  3. second, repâre â contâiner, insert pieces of chicken meât, ungkep with seâsoning overnight.
  4. Skewer chicken pieces thât âre âlreâdy seâsoned with â skewer.
  5. Then, bâke or Broil grilled until cooked.
