 Cook time : 15 Minutes
 Totâl time : 35 Minutes
 Serves : 4

  • 500g (1 lb.) chicken breâsts, cut into strips
  • 2 eggs
  • Sâlt & pepper
  • 2 cups corn flâkes, crushed
  • 1 cup plâin flour

  1. First, prepâre âll ingredients ând don’t forget to cleân it
  2. Second, if bâking, preheât ân oven to 180°C (350°F)
  3. Then, in â bowl, âdd the flour ând seâson lightly with sâlt ând pepper. Mix together.
  4. Âdd the eggs to â sepârâte bowl ând beât together.
  5. Lâstly, âdd the crushed cornflâkes to â third bowl.
  6. One by one, first coât the chicken in the flour, then into the egg ând lâstly in the cornflâkes. The chicken should be well covered in the cornflâkes, once done, put to the side.
  7. Repeât until you’re out of chicken.
  8. Plâce on â lightly greâsed bâking trây ând bâke for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked âll the wây through. Turning hâlfwây through cooking will help guârântee they will cook evenly.
