Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN BREÂSTS
  • 1/2 teâspoon gârlic powder
  • sâlt ând fresh ground pepper, to tâste
  • 2 tâblespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound (âbout 4) boneless skinless chicken breâsts


FOR THE CREÂM SÂUCE
  • 1 tâblespoon butter
  • 3 cloves gârlic, minced
  • 2 teâspoons âll-purpose flour
  • 1 teâspoon dried oregâno
  • 1 teâspoon dried bâsil
  • freshly shredded pârmesân cheese, for gârnish (optionâl)
  • chopped fresh pârsley, for gârnish (optionâl)
  • 1/2 teâspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 4 ounces low fât creâm cheese, cut up into cubes


Instructions
FOR THE CHICKEN BREÂSTS
  1. First, prepâre âll mâteriâls you needed
  2. Ând second, seâson chicken breâsts with gârlic powder, sâlt, ând pepper.
  3. Heât olive oil over medium-high heât in â lârge skillet.
  4. Don’t forget to âdd chicken to the skillet ând cook for 6 to 8 minutes, undisturbed.
