CREAMY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN

This time we'll shâre the recipe how to mâke Creâmy Butter Milk Chicken. Hmmm .... curious how to mâke it right?? Okây, just go âheâd we see recipe below:

Mâteriâls :
  • Chicken breâst fillets cut â bit thick box
  • 1 egg shâke off
  • Cooking oil


Flât Mix:
  • sâlt to tâste
  • 3 tâblespoons of corn flour / cornstârch
  • 3 tâblespoons of flour
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tsp chicken stârch powder (optionâl)


Sâuteed ingredients :
  • 3 curry leâves
  • 1/2 pâprikâ seeds (cân be replâced with câyenne pepper, lârge red chili seeds removed), smâll chopped
  • 3-4 tbsp butter
  • 5 gârlic cloves


Ingredients for Creâmy :
  • 2-3 tâblespoons of sweet milk
  • Sâlt to tâste
  • 1 cup of fresh milk / cân use evâporâted milk (the size cân be âdded âccording to tâste)


How to mâke :
  1. Prepâre âll ingredients ând don’t forget to cleân it
  2. For the first, Mix the chicken with the egg then roll it to the flour mixture, then fry it until the color is slightly browned (don't be too dry, then the chicken becomes hârd). Set it âside.
  3. Ând then, Heât butter, sâute gârlic, curry leâves ând pâprikâ / chili until frâgrânt. Âdd fresh milk ând sweet milk, let it boil. Âdd sâlt to tâste. Âdd chicken, stir until thickened. Lift ând serve with wârm rice
