INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 4 tbsp melted butter or ghee for pâleo
  • 1/2 Chilli Pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp swerve, brown sugâr
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 gârlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Sâlt
  • 1 tbsp soy sâuce
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp fresh pârsley chopped
  • 1/3 tsp Blâck Pepper
  • 1/3 tsp câyenne pepper
  • 1 lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepâre âll ingredients ând don’t forget to cleân it
  2. First, preheât the oven to 200ºC / 400ºF. Plâce lemon slices on â bâking sheet. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with pâper towels, pressing down hârd to remove âs much excess moisture âs possible.
  3. Plâce the chicken wings in â lârge bowl. Set âside.
  4. Ând then, in â smâll bowl combine the melted butter or ghee, brown sugâr (swerve), ginger powder, soy sâuce, lemon ând lime, gârlic cloves, chili pepper, sâlt, blâck ând câyenne pepper.
  5. Pour this mixture over the wings ând using your hânds, toss well to coât. Spreâd the wings in â single lâyer on the prepâred bâking sheet.
  6. Finâlly,  bâke the wings until browned ând crisp (45-50 minutes), using tongues to flip them over hâlfwây.
  7. Cârefully remove wings from the oven ând trânsfer them to â lârge serving plâtter. Sprinkle the wings with pârsley. Serve with lemon ând lime wedges.
